But they wanted to reach a new market—homeowners looking for custom outdoor living spaces. They knew they had the skills to create high-end outdoor kitchens, patios, and more; they just needed the strategy and branding to make it happen. That’s where we came in. Together, we launched Outdoor Escapes by Alliance Pavers, a new division focused entirely on helping homeowners create backyard getaways.

Challenges

Up until now, Alliance Pavers had focused on big commercial clients and large developments, where they built a stellar reputation. But the homeowner side was different: they needed an entirely new brand, a fresh digital presence, and a lead-generation strategy that would resonate with families looking to invest in their outdoor spaces.

Strategic Pivot

Florida’s outdoor lifestyle is booming, and homeowners are looking for ways to make the most of it. Outdoor kitchens and entertainment spaces are in huge demand, and we saw this as Alliance’s perfect entry point. We shared the data, laid out the strategy, and with their expertise, we developed Outdoor Escapes to connect with homeowners on a personal level.

Brand Development & Logo Design

We built Outdoor Escapes by Alliance Pavers from the ground up, with a new logo and brand identity that felt approachable and inspiring. This wasn’t about impressing developers; it was about speaking directly to homeowners ready to transform their outdoor spaces.

Website Design

We created a clean, visually-driven website that speaks to the homeowner experience. The site is designed to show off Alliance’s outdoor kitchen projects, fire pits, patios, and more, with a streamlined flow that encourages visitors to reach out for a consultation.

Facebook Ad Campaigns

Facebook ads were a big part of our strategy. We launched campaigns targeted to homeowners around each of Alliance’s three main locations. These ads showcased the lifestyle appeal of outdoor kitchens and invited viewers to book a consultation with Outdoor Escapes. This approach reached the right audience—and delivered real results.

SEO Strategy

We focused on boosting search visibility, so Outdoor Escapes would rank high for keywords like “outdoor kitchens” and “custom hardscaping.” In just a few months, organic traffic went up over 3,700%. This sustainable stream of traffic means leads keep rolling in, month after month.

Facebook Ads

Each location generates about 60 leads per month with a 20% close rate. With project values anywhere from $8k to $40k+  for outdoor kitchens and driveway pavers, Outdoor Escapes is quickly establishing itself as a profitable division for Alliance.

Growth & Expansion

With Outdoor Escapes, Alliance Pavers has successfully shifted from large commercial projects to a balanced mix of homeowner and developer clients. The new division is already delivering consistent results, setting Alliance up to become a leader in the booming outdoor living market.
